FEAR.COM is Dave Engel’s attempt to explore issues of infatuation with aliens, outerspace, anxiety, sports, and personal relationships lyrically using beats and looped synthesizers as the musical catalyst. — Dave Engel
Free with museum admission.
Rebecca Mitchell left Oklahoma for Rhode Island in 2001 for reasons unbeknownst even to her. She ferried with her her songs and her musical practice, perhaps the only consistencies in her life.
Dave Engel (FEAR.COM) is a chef/actor/multi instrumentalist who performs in Providence bands In Heat and Krang. Typically behind the drums, Dave started FEAR.COM (formerly known as Engelwood up to No Good) because he had a fondness of “old school” casio keyboards, hip hop, and “outsider” music.
