Develop the skills to support and sustain a studio practice. Designed for artists, this series of facilitated workshops with experts in their field enriches and hones a creative career path through practical guidance and individualized attention.

In this interactive session, learn to articulate intuitive aspects of your process and develop persuasive communication techniques. Rethink or fine-tune your artist statements, grant applications, and more.

Workshop facilitator Emily Cornell du Houx’s practice covers a wide range of mediums and processes, from writing to photography, object making and commercial design. A lecturer at RISD, she develops curriculum that integrates writing into a studio-based practice.
