Assembly: Disassemble

A collaborative performance developed by Taleen Batalian (artist) and Heidi Henderson (dancer/choreographer) explores connections between the inside and outside of the body and reflects ways vulnerability can be both protective and freeing.

Ways of Looking: Writing Desk (Schreibtisch) Discover your own perspective on art and design through guided conversation.

The Art of Race (6-7:30 pm; registration required) Join Center for Reconciliation Program Director and Curator, Elon Cook, and RISD Museum Curator of Ancient Art, Gina Borromeo, for a special opportunity to explore and discuss the racial history of ancient art in the Museum’s collection.

Think & Drink: Contemporary Connections II (6-8 pm; registration required) Join Dominic Molon, Richard Brown Baker of Contemporary Art, for a discussion on the process of developing The Phantom of Liberty: Contemporary Works in the RISD Museum Collection, followed by a tasting of spritzers led by Bottles Fine Wine.
