Kara Dziobek is an Experience Designer at the Business Innovation Factory in Providence, RI where she uses human-centered design and business model innovation to transform social systems including health care and education. She is passionate about designing for the underserved, bringing communities together, and helping people & places realize their true potential. She received her bachelor degrees in Architecture and Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design.

With a background in psychology, design thinking, and anthropological methods, Lindsey brings an empathic point of view to her role as Experience Designer at BIF. Before joining BIF, Lindsey honed her human-centered research skills at several design consultancies where she worked on projects across a variety of industries.
