Marlon Carey is a Poet Educator Actor Communicator Entertainer. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Creative Writing, which he earned at St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, NC under the watchful eye of Prof. Ronald H. Bayes. Carey has written and taught Poetry and Creative Writing for several years in the New England Area and around the country. Currently, Marlon is a member of the poetry theater ensemble Brother's Keeper and maintains a musical persona as smart hop artist Inphynit DaGhost.
Megan Thoma is a poet, teacher, and Providence Poetry Slam slammaster. She has performed her poetry internationally and competed in every major poetry slam competition in the United States, and her poetry has been published widely, including publications like decomP, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, and The New York Times.
