Carry Forward
June 14-16, 2021Complexity Symposium 2021
In this year’s virtual, three-day symposium, the Center for Complexity invites explorations of the theme Carry Forward. Where are we as a humanity, civilization and species and where do we go now? What are the tangible and intangible elements of society that are carried forward without our knowledge or consent? What will we choose to carry forward? What will be left behind? Please plan join a variety of scholars, thinkers and makers as they explore what to keep, drop or modify in systems and practices including education, healthcare, nuclear threat reduction, exhibit planning, the search for certainty and the role of ignorance.
