About
Artist and innovator Theaster Gates combines strategies of urban planning, object making, and performance. He is internationally recognized for his work on the South Side of Chicago, and is the founder of the non-profit Rebuild Foundation—producing work in museums and communities that responds creatively to the challenges of space.
Limited seating; reservations required. Live simulcast available at the RISD Museum's Metcalf Auditorium. Free.
