Vatic Kuumba contextualizes the conversations with an immersive share out on his experience at the leadership institute with the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies. Kuumba was the Conference Artist-in-Residence at the recent conference hosted by RI State Council on the Art for state arts agency chairs, council members, and executive staff.
