Signature / Inscription / Marks

Has a lot of notation written on the verso. Left area in graphite: "Bookam (?), Reclamation of the Land by Berkely,/Aug3, 1965/ JHayllar". Lower center in gaphite: "JAMES HAYLLAR, R.B.A./1829-1920" Top center in graphite: "M board/ ¼" FM/ Narrow antique gold line/ touching edge of drawing/ outside 13" x 20"/ 9" the "9" in the last row has a circle around it and the entire area of text is circled with a S shaped tail in the LL.Right area diagonally slanting to the left in graphite: "10 ½- 9 ½ (with a graphite "7" over the 9)/ 9 ½ x 6 ½ '/ 10 x 6/ 16 x 5 ½ / C- (G?)" Right edge in black ink: " 13 ½ x 5"
