Marks: The verso has a title and description of the image and has the legend, "CODFISHING/The Grand Banks, down east of New England's shores, have become justly famous as a lucrative fishing ground for cod. The constant battle against wind and cold has engendered in the New Englander those same fine characteristics of face and figure to be found in fisherman everywhere.”
