"LAMINATED PLASTIC" with arrow pointing to tray's base. Data field at bottom margin filled in, in ink, with "Body Cir 18 1/2 D (.025G) / Bottom Cir 14 7/8" D x 5/16 thick (Formica)" in left column, "DATE Sep 23 1953 / DRAWN BY GHD" in center column.
