Ink stamped box with "AUTH. NO." filled in in pencil with "PH-32-64" in lower left corner. Ink stamped box wtih "GORHAM CORPORATION / DESIGNED BY / DATE" filled in in pencil with "A. FRENCH / 3 JAN, 64 / OK B. SEBRING" in lower right corner. In pencil around right side of drawing various dimensions marked, including "1 3/4" marking radius of bobeche, "4 3/8" marking height of candlestick, "1 15/16" marks radius of base. To upper right of drawing with arrow pointing to screw, "ASSEMBLE WITH 1/2" WOOD / SCREW AND EPOXY CEMENT".
