Ink stamped box with "AUTH. NO." filled in in pencil with "PH 32-64" in lower left corner. Ink stamped box wtih "GORHAM CORPORATION / DESIGNED BY / DATE" filled in in pencil with "A. FRENCH / AUG 28, 1964" in lower right corner. In pencil around right side of drawing are various measurments, "3/4" marks radius of socket hole, "1 1/8" marks height of socket, "3 3/8" marks height of shaft, "2" marks radius of base. To upper right of drawing with arrow pointing to shaft, "cut through / PILOT HOLD FOR WOOD SCREW".
