FRENCH / 3 JAN 64" in lower right corner. In pencil below drawing, "WALNUT AND BRASS CHEESE AND CRACKER SERVER GORHAM GIFTWARE / STYLE A", in pencil to lower left, "this drawing changed to make inner and outer top / edges of Glass part the same height / Aug 28, 1964 A. French". To right of glass with arrow, "WEST VIRGINIA GLASS / COVER / 4 1/2" OD". "1 1/4" marks height of platter, "5 1/4" marks radius of platter, various measurements marked along right margin.
