Ink stamped box with "AUTH. NO." filled in in pencil with "PH-15-64 / PH-20-64" in lower left corner. Ink stamped box wtih "GORHAM CORPORATION / DESIGNED BY / DATE" filled in in pencil with "A. FRENCH / JAN 20, 1964 / OK B SEBRING" in lower right corner. In pencil to left of drawing: "USE STANDARD LIGHTER / CUP", "DIMPLE BOTTOM OF CUP / TO ACCEPT WOOD SCREW / HEAD MUST BE FLUSH / TO ALLOW LIGHTER TO / SEAT.", "DRAWING CHANGED / JAN 29, 1964 / BY FRENCH", and "WALNUT AND PLATED / BRASS.". In pencil along right side of drawing to note measurments, "25/32" marks radius of lighter, "1 3/8" marks radius of wood cup, "7/8" marks height of lighter cup, "1/4" marks depth of screw, "3 1/2" marks height of cup, "5 1/4" marks height of entire assemblage, "1" marks radius of bottom.
