These two volumes from Hokusai's famous Manga--a veritable encyclopedia of Far Eastern customs and people--illustrate the master's sense of humor. One two-sheet spread shows the fable of blind men attempting to guess the identity of a colossal elephant. The other volume offers Hokusai's sketches of sumo wrestlers in various positions.
