This brilliantly designed and colored tent hanging brings together the extraordinary skill of the Indian textile worker with the almost nomadic lifestyle of their patrons. These panels with their fantastic flowering trees and stylized Chinese cloud forms served as part of an enclosure or dividing wall for a tented camp city.
