Ixchel, diosa de la Luna, el nacimiento y la sanación, fue la primera tejedora. Ven y descubre los elementos del universo tejidos por las comunidades mayas.

Acompáñanos el primero domingo de cada mes a explorar la exposición Del Telar de una Diosa: Reverberaciones del Tejido Maya Guatemalteco a través de visitas guiadas en español. No se requiere reservar. Solo tienes que presentarte en la entrada del Museo sobre la North Main Street (Chace Center) y anunciarte en el lobby. Todos los domingos la entrada al Museo de RISD es gratis.

Esta visita es ofrecida a hispanohablantes y personas con un nivel avanzado de español.

Ixchel, goddess of the moon, birth, and healing, was the first weaver. Let’s discover the elements of the universe weaved by the Mayan communities.

Join us on the first Sunday of every month to explore the exhibition From the Loom of a Goddess: Reverberations of Guatemalan Mayan Weavingthrough guided tours in Spanish. No reservations required. You just have to show up at the Museum entrance on North Main Street (Chace Center) and announce yourself in the lobby. Admission is free every Sunday.

This tour is offered to Spanish-speakers and people with an advance level of Spanish.
