RISD's Glass Department welcomes Lawrence Weschler as part of the Visiting Lectures series. Mr. Weschler was a staff writer for The New Yorker for 20 years, and is the author of over a dozen books, including Mr. Wilson's Cabinet of Wonder for which he was a finalist for both the Pulitzer and National Book Critics Circle Award. He is a Distinguished Writer in Residence at New York University, where he also directs the New York Institute for the Humanities.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
