Light Source Seeking Surface for Transparent Relationship

Established in 1995, Sitings is an annual competition that invites RISD students to respond to the Museum’s collection, its architectural idiosyncrasies, and the way
people navigate its spaces. This year RISD alumnus and Providence-based artist Brian Chippendale juried the competition. The winning artists are Nafis White and Garcia Sinclair (both BFA 2015 Sculpture) for Light Source Seeking Surface for Transparent Relationship and Aaron Pexa (MFA 2014 Glass) for Back Door @ the Pendleton.
