百年沐浴拜題
Translation: (The arhat) Nāgasena lifts the bowl, supporting jaw. [The arhat] opens mouth, revealing tongue, and laughs, exposing throat.

As [the arhat] moves eyes and raises eyebrows, [the arhat's] mouth opens to reveal tongue. [The arhat] uses consciousnesses to apprehend things [akin to] bending a hand to make a fist. The running spring murmurs amidst the cloudy mountains behind. [Once] one listens without using one's ears, only then is one's mind at ease.

Inscribed with reverence by Hyakunen after purification.

Inscription Text/Poem
Translation: Chokunyū drew this, originally it was colorful with green willows and red flowers.
