Along right margin of drawing, all in pencil, "5/32" BALL" with line to top of finial, "5/8" BALL" with line to finial, "TURNED" with line to base of finial, "3" 025" with line to lid of dish, "3X4" and "3X6" with lines to rims of dishes and lid, "3 1/4 025" with line to cup, "5/8" BALL" with line to ball on stem, "IVORY" with line to disk at center of shaft, "TURNED" wtih line to shaft, "1 1/4 028 1/2" with line to base, "4x5" with line to foot. "IVORY" wtih plan view of disk to left of dish. "16 CHASED LINES 1/32" WIDE ON BODY / 8 LINES ON BALLS." to lower right of drawing.
