"F/YX" in pencil in the upper left corner, "EM. 84" in pencil to bottom left of the drawing, "MAY 25 1927" to lower right of drawing. Down the left side of the dish: "8 CHASED LINES 1/32" WIDE" to left of the finial, "16 LINES / 1/32" WIDE" by the lid, "16 LINES / 1/32" WIDE" by the body, "8 LINES 1/32" WIDE" by the ball on the shaft, "16 LINES / 1/32" WIDE" by the base. Down the right side of the dish, "BALL 5/32" / BALL 5/8" / TURN" beside the finial, "3" 025" by the lid, "WIRE 3X4 / WIRE 3X6" by the rims, "3 1/4 025" beside the bowl, "BALL 5/8" beside the shaft's ball, "IVORY / TURN" by the shaft, "1 1/4 028 1/2 / WIRE 4x5" by the base.
