upcoming exhibition

Encompassing landscape, portraiture and still-life photography, Wild & Precious presents photographs Jesse Burke (RISD MFA 2005, Photography) made over the past five years while traveling across the United States and around his native New England with his daughter, Clover. Through images depicting Clover's encounters with diverse landscapes and wildlife, Burke provides a tender meditation on nature, childhood, and parental love.

The exhibition celebrates the release of Burke’s book, also titled Wild & Precious, and a gift of artwork from the series to the RISD Museum.
